The Certified Medication Course is a Georgia State approved course for active CNAs to test and obtain their Certificate of Medication Administration for employment in Assisted Living Facilities in the state of Georgia.

Upon successful completion of the CNA exam, students are allowed to take the Certified Medication Aid course. Medication Aides are trained to administer medications by mouth, ear, eye, rectal, nasal, topical, and inject-able drugs. The instructor and student will complete the CMA hands-on technique in order to sign off on the medication skills checklist prior to testing.
After review of the medication skills checklist training, the student will take the online-only medication aide certification exam. In order to pass the candidate must score 80% or higher. Candidates have three chances within 90 days to pass.
Certified Medication Aide Course is $300 Total
Full payment is required at the payment deadline to secure your seat for the course. Your payment will cover all the material needs of your course. This also includes your $27 State Certification fee. Please note: this fee is paid by Nurse Mom and Family on your behalf once you have passed your state exam.
