If you're already a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) in Georgia, a renewal helps you keep your certificate up to date so you can keep working and giving medicine safely.
CMA renewals are for students who have their CMA license and it has NOT expired yet. This means the student only needs to submit a completed training checklist and submit the renewal payment.
Step 1: Submit Renewal Request

After your email is received, an instructor will contact you to:
Visit MMIS.georgia.gov and submit the required $27 State Certification Fee directly to the Georgia Department of Community Health.
Certified Medication Aide Renewals are $40 ( State Renewal Fee not included)

Renewal pricing can be applied to full course tuition if the student is ultimately required to re-take the course.
