As the Founder, CEO, and Lead Instructor of NurseMom and Family, LLC, she has redefined community-centered healthcare education by building a thriving institution dedicated to training the next generation of healthcare professionals.
Founded in 2019, NurseMom and Family delivers robust, hands-on training in Basic Life Support/First Aid, and Medication Administration, with specialized programs tailored to the unique demands of the healthcare industry. Daphne’s instructional philosophy centers on real-world learning—she has created immersive, compliance-ready certification programs that not only meet industry standards but elevate them.
A strategic thinker with a deep commitment to accessibility and empowerment, Daphne has developed engaging curriculums to expand the minds of her learners. Mack Robinson College of Business, Robert brings deep insight into the mechanics of corporate finance, global portfolio management, and valuation strategy.
Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer of NurseMom and Family, LLC, Robert plays a pivotal role in steering financial operations for a rapidly growing healthcare education enterprise. From conducting detailed financial reporting to managing payroll and contractor disbursements, Robert ensures fiscal discipline while supporting the company’s mission of community-based workforce development. His leadership in budget meetings—weekly, monthly, and annually—demonstrates his ability to translate numbers into actionable insights for sustainable growth.
In addition to corporate finance, Robert brings valuable experience in customer service, sales, and operations, having worked in diverse roles at notable international corporations. Whether managing end-of-shift reconciliations or handling client memberships, his attention to detail and commitment to accuracy remain consistent.

With a foundation in Political Science and Psychology from Georgia State University, she blends analytical precision with a deep understanding of human behavior, turning ideas into immersive experiences and strategies into impact.
As the current Vice President of Creative Strategy at En Motion Music Group,Cydni has spearheaded groundbreaking media and event campaigns across music, fashion, film, and digital branding. Her flair for aesthetics, storytelling, and trend curation makes her a sought-after mind in modern media.
She is also the Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Nurse, Mom and Family, LLC, where she leads the administrative heartbeat and brand vision of a healthcare-forward organization. Her influence stretches from high-level strategy to day-to-day operations, serving as the central connector between vision, people, and purpose.

I am the CEO of Blitz Team Logistics LLC I have trained 239 Dispatchers, 49 Agents, and 17 Brokers along with creating 22 LLCs, 8 Authorities with FMCSA, and 4 Broker Surety Bonds. along with getting them set up with starting their company, to move their first load. I love logistics, but I always knew the medical field would never leave me with my love for people, my expertise in cannulating your vein or even your dialysis access. I started my journey in the medical field in 2007 as a Medical Administrative Assistant. I knew that was just a start.
In 2009, at DaVita Dialysis, I furthered my education and became a Peritoneal Dialysis PCT- Schedule all appointments for lab drawing, PET Test, and physician follow-up, Phlebotomist- Blood sampling for laboratory analysis and packaging. My skills and experience grew rapidly, I became the expert cannulator and the preceptor for our region, covering 16 DaVitas. In 200? I met Daphne, our CEO for NurseMom and Family LLC. I trained her in our systems and the DaVita Way. We combined our skills and knowledge we went from #14 in the region to #2 at DaVita Dialysis. We had a conversation in the office after a long day, “one day we were going to meet back up and start our own thing and work on our own time.” Here we are today, Blitz Team Logistics LLC and NurseMom and Family LLC.
