Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Course

 American Heart Association (AHA) Certified Training for Healthcare Professionals

The Basic Life Support (BLS) course is an American Heart Association (AHA) approved training designed specifically for healthcare providers and other personnel who need to know how to perform CPR and respond to cardiovascular emergencies in a clinical or pre-hospital setting.

This course provides critical lifesaving skills through a combination of hands-on practice, instructor-led training, and real-world simulations, ensuring participants are confident, competent, and prepared to act in high-pressure situations.

• Attend a 2.5-hour in-person training course (Our Location- Sandy Springs)
• Pass off on your Hands-on demonstration and Skills testing (adult/infant CPR & AED)
• Receive your BLS Provider Card, valid for 2 years.

• Recognize life-threatening emergencies such as cardiac arrest and respiratory failure
• Perform high-quality chest compressions on adults, children, and infants
• Deliver effective rescue breaths using barrier devices
• Use an automated external defibrillator (AED) safely and appropriately
• Assist choking victims of all ages
• Perform BLS as a solo responder and as part of a two-rescuer team
• Understand the AHA Chain of Survival and its application in the field
• Follow proper infection control and PPE protocols during resuscitation

•  Duration: Approximately 2.5 hours
• Delivery: In-person, instructor-led, with hands-on skills session
• Location: Nurse Mom and Family LLC Training Center, Sandy Springs, GA
• Certification: American Heart Association BLS Provider eCard, valid for 2 years
